Sewing Machine Pin Cushion

This cute little pin cushion would make a great addition to any collection. This pin cushion is completely made with your sewing machine and some glue and hand sewing. You can create your own kit or pick one up from Auntie Em’s. If you want to put your own kit together here is the list (the class fee without the kit is $40)
Homework: Adhere Heat N Bond to felt pieces and cut out the pieces and the cardboard base.
Materials and Requirements:
Assorted felt colors
Template (sewingmachine_pincushion.pdf - Google Drive)
Light/medium weight Heat and Bond
Polyester Fill
Firm cardboard
Buttons to suit
Hot glue gun
Foam sponge (dollar store, yellow scrubby 11.5cm x7cm)
Embroidery threads to suit
Craft Glue
Point Turner
Push pin tack
Fabric flowers (optional)
Ribbon
Bamboo skewer painted grey
Felting needle or some other thing to pack stuffing down.
General sewing requirements (sewing machine and hand sewing needle)
Thread to coordinate with the sewing machine (black, dark grey)
